Our History


Born of a sensitivity and love for our loyal furry friends, Cloak & Dawggie is a collection of fun, casual, utilitarian and uniquely original apparel and accessories for pets and their partners.

First made in New York City to the standards of high-end human apparel, we continue to use only the best, American-made products whenever possible - like Supplex Nylon, 3M® reflective tape, and military quality Velcro®.

Best known for innovation in soft harnesses and reflective walking harnesses, Cloak & Dawggie was founded in 2003 by Carole Cusumano and has built its reputation on outstanding quality and design...Fashion with fit and function!

As a Quaker Pet Group brand, Cloak & Dawggie is as committed as ever to provide the best products and services to retailers worldwide. This includes a new collaboration with another QPG brand, LunaBrite™, to bring an exciting line of safety walking vests and flotation devices that will provide hours of visibility and protection for the active pet!
